About the SRA and AI-RRS Designations
The SRA and AI-RRS professional membership designations are awarded by the Appraisal Institute, Chicago, IL. The SRA and AI-RRS designations are the Institute’s most prestigious for its members who are experienced in the analysis, valuation, and review of residential real property. To hold an Appraisal Institute designation, an individual must meet rigorous educational, experience, and ethical requirements. Fewer than 1% of all appraisers nationwide hold the SRA and AI-RRS designations.
